Medfield Girls Lacrosse captured the #1 seed in the MIAA Division 3 State Tournament after finishing the regular season with 17 wins and 3 losses. During the playoffs #1 Medfield defeated #32 Danvers, 21 to 2 in the Round of 32 and #16 Groton-Dunstable, 21 to 6. Medfield moves on to the Round of 8 where they will host #8 Bedford on Saturday, June 8th at 4:45pm!
In Medfield’s Round of 32 game, Kendall Herrick (who is a Junior) netted her 100th goal of the season during the 21 to 2, Round of 32 victory over #32 Danvers. In Medfield’s 21 to 6, Round of 16 victory over #16 Groton-Dunstable, Herrick surpassed 200 career points during her 4 goal and 6 assist performance!
