Millis-Hopedale (10-3) defeated Maynard (12-1) 30-18 in the Division 4A State Championship game at Worcester State University. Millis-Hopedale captured their 1st State title since 1999. The Hopkinton Hillers Girls Volleyball team defeated Notre Dame Academy in the 3-0 sweep to capture the 2016 Division 2 State Championship.
