On Monday, 1st seeded Hiller Baseball hosted 9th seeded Milton in the D2 South Quarterfinals. In the bottom of the 1st the Hillers plated 4 runs courtesy of a 2 rbi single by Conor Kelly followed by a 2 run HR by Brendan Kelly. Ronnie Shamus added another Hiller run in the bottom of the 3rd with an RBI single. Milton plated 2 runs in the top of the 6th but the Hillers followed up with a 7 run explosion in the bottom of the inning and took the game by a final of 12 to 3. Hillers will next be at the “neutral site” of Stoughton to take on 5th seeded Stoughton. The game will take place Wednesday, June 12th at 4pm.
