D2 Girls Basketball: -#1 Medfield defeats #5 North Quincy 69 to 47
The #1 seeded Medfield Warriors improve to 22 and 2 and will be heading to the Tsongas Center in Lowell for the Division 2 State Championship on Saturday March 15th. #5 seeded North Quincy ends their season with a record of 20 and 4. Medfield will battle the winner of #6 South High & #7 Whitman-Hanson for the title.
In the Medfield win, Naya Annigeri (SO) led the way with 24 points, Abby Broderick (FR) added 17 points, Tess Baacke (JR) added 16 points, Izzy Kittredge (JR) added 7 points and a WHOPPING 17 rebounds, Jailen Annigeri (SR) had 6 points for the championship-bound Medfield Warriors!
