Indoor Track: Hillers Girls Finish 2nd in D3 State Meet, Medway gets Top 5 Finish in D4

Wednesday 2/15-In the Division 3 Indoor Track State meet, Hopkinton finished in 2nd by a half of a point behind Concord-Carlisle. Concord-Carlisle was first with 64.5 while Hopkinton put up 64 points in a great performance.

Hillers Results:
Caitlyn Halloran – won 55 meter hrudles, 600 meter run
Isabelle Giordano – won the 1,000 meter 2:58,36
Annie Feather – 6th in the 55 hurdles
Ashley Donnelly – 7th in 55 meter dash
Emily Mastroianni – 6th in the 300
Kerry Driscoll – 6th in the 2 mile
Angeline Grabmeier – 6th in high jump

Thursday 2/16- Medway finished 4th in the D4 Indoor Track State Meet at the Reggie Lewis Center.
Top 5 Teams: 1) Milton (95), 2) Tewksbury (74), 3) Norton (51), 4) Medway (26), 5) Pentucket (21.5).
Medway’s Ava Vasile took 1st in the 55 meter hurdles recording a time of 8.53. Vasile also won the 300 with a time of 40.39.

-Holliston girls finished in 6th place during the D4 meet with a score of 16.5.

-On the boys side, Medway finished in 14th place with a score of 11 while Holliston finished in 16th with a score of 10.
