-Baseball: Holliston defeats Ashland 7 to 5
Heading into the top of the 6th, Ashland lead 5 to 4 but Holliston plated a pair of runs in the top of the 6th and added a run in the 7th to take the win over the Clockers.
In the top of the 6th, Tristan Snyder tied the game at 6 after scoring on a passed ball, Tommy Quinn followed up with a sacrifice fly to score Milo Businger to give Holliston the 6-5 lead. Aidan Kramer added a run for the Panthers in the 7th scoring on a Wild Pitch.
For Holliston; Dylan Cosgrove went 2 for 4 with a run, Aidan Kramer went 2 for 4 with a run & RBI, Henry Leek went 1 for 3 with a run, Gavin Sammon went 3 for 4 with a run & RBI, Brogan Roche went 1 for 4 with a Run & RBI, Tristan Snyder went 1 for 3 with a run. Ben Rebello pitched 2.1 scoreless innings for Holliston to close it out and earn the Win.
Holliston improves to 4 and 4, Ashland falls to 3 and 2 on the season.
-Sotball: Ashland defeats Holliston 6 to 3
Ashland plated 3 runs in the Bottom of the 2nd to take a 4-1 lead and despite a 2-run top of the 4th for Holliston, Clockers would add 2 runs in the Bottom of the 6th and take the 6-3 win.
For Ashland, Neko Ustaris went 2 for 3 with 2 runs & 3 RBI’s, Bella Domestico went 1 for 3 with an RBI, Quinn Herter went 1 for 2 with 2 runs and an RBI, Rebecca Kriegsman went 1 for 2 with an RBI. Bella Domestico pitched all 7 innings giving up 8 hits, 3 runs (1 ER) and struck out 5 hitters.
