Medfield Boys Lacrosse picked up a 19 to 10 road win over Westwood on Thursday Night. In the win, the 1st quarter featured goals by 5 different Medfield Warriors as they outscored Westwood 5-2 in the 1st and set the tone for the impressive win.
Last year, the Medfield Boys ranked #5 in D3 and finished with a record of 15 and 7 concluding the very impressive season with a 16-4 loss to eventual state-champion, #1 Norwell in the D3 state semi-finals.
Medfield improves to 2 and 0, Westwood falls to 2 and 1. Medfield Boys next host Hopkinton on Thursday April 11th at 6:30pm. Westwood Boys next head to Hopkinton for a 6:30pm meeting on Monday, April 8th.

Medfield Girls Lacrosse also grabbed a win over Westwood at home on Thursday night, taking down the Wolverines 19 to 9. Medfield handed Westwood their 1st ever TVL league loss in Girls LAX! In the win for Medfield, Kelly Blake netted 9 goals and had 3 assists. The Medfield Girls look to pick up where they left off last year!
Last year, the Medfield Girls ranked #2 in D3 and finished with a record of 20 and 4 concluding the very impressive season with a 10-9 loss to state championship runner-up, Norwell in the D3 state semi-finals.
