On Saturday (12/7), the Ashland Clockers defeated Bishop Fenwick 28 to 22 at Gillette Stadium to claim the Division 6 State Championship. The State title is Ashland’s first since 1995.
Senior Quarterback, Dom Cavanagh threw 13 for 21 for 270 yards and for three touchdowns. Cavanagh also added a rushing touchdown. Brian “Bubba” Gazard (SR) caught 2 touchdown passes and Kevin Russell (SR) caught a touchdown pass.
Ashland dedicated their season to former players PJ Ferrier and Jake Silver who passed away from cancer in the past year.
