Westwood would be the next to strike in the middle of the 3rd quarter and took a 14-6 lead. Medway Senior Christian Cautilli gained some momentum on the ground and after bursting through for a couple of nice runs, Cautilli capped off the drive with a 30 yard touchdown run to make it a 14-12 game, that score stayed heading into the 4th quarter. 44 seconds into the 4th quarter, Westwood struck for a 20 yard touchdown pass to make it a 20-12 Wolverines lead. Following the Westwood touchdown, Mustangs Sophomore QB Troy Pinkham was under center and connected with WR Jacob White (SR) on 2 big pass plays leading to yet another Pinkham to White connection for a 5 yard touchdown pass and the Pinkham-White connection occurred yet again on the 2-point conversion to tie the game at 20 a piece with 6:10 left to play.

Medway forced a turnover and capped off the game with a Logan Keaney 3 yard touchdown run to put the Mustangs up 34-20 and that’s how the score would stay. The Medway Mustangs come from behind to take down Westwood and improve to 3 and 1 on the season, Westwood falls to 1 and 3.
