Medfield Girls Hockey entered the Division 2 state tournament as the #13 seed with a record of 11-7-2. Medfield defeated #20 Hopkinton in the Round of 32 4-0, #4 seeded Algonquin on the road 3 to 1 and #5 Burlington on the road 3 to 2 to advance to the Round of 4 versus the winner of #1 Westwood and #8 Auburn. Medfield enters the final 4 round with a record of 14-7-2.
