10/2/15 – Holliston 19, Westwood 12 (at Westwood)
This was a physical match-up early on as both offenses were held scoreless after the 1st quarter of play. The Panthers would break through early in the 2nd though with a 33 yard field goal from Grant Buchanan after an 11 play 50 yard drive led by QB Jack Barrett. Holliston would then add a safety with about 4 minutes left in the 1st half on a snap through the end zone by the special teams of Westwood. Now down 5-0 the Wolverines got on the board thanks to a Jack Antonucci 85 yard pick 6 on a screen pass from Barrett. Holliston would retake the lead quickly however as Brady Wells came up with a 64 yard touchdown catch right before halftime. The Panthers scored on their first drive of the second half after another 11 play drive culminated with a 3 yard TD run by Barrett. Westwood would add a touchdown late in the 4th quarter but Tucker Ciarcello and the rest of the defense then tamped down to secure the victory for Holliston.
11/26/15 – Westwood 20, Holliston 2 (Thanksgiving game at Holliston)
The Panthers rested QB Jack Barrett and most of their other starters. Ryan Benco stepped in at QB for Holliston. Brendan Patterson threw a pair of Touchdowns for the Wolverines. Mike Donovan had a 98 yard 2 point conversion interception for the only points of the game for Holliston.

Holliston Panthers (3-0, 1-0 TVL):
The top dog in the TVL remained undefeated last week with a 30-6 win over Medfield. QB Jack Barrett rushed for a pair of scores and threw for another. Sam Athy hauled in a 29 yard TD pass from Barrett in the 1st quarter. Athy had 4 catches for 88 yards on the evening. Spencer Aronson capped the scoring for the Panthers with a 4 yard TD run in the 4th. Running back Sam Rattcliffe rushed for 70 yards on 13 carries. Barrett also ran the ball 13 times and gained 61 yards. Barrett was 8-11 throwing on the night for 138 yards. Spencer Aronson and Brad Seymour led the way defensively with 5 and 4 tackles respectively. Coach Kiley and his teams quest for a third straight championship continues this week when they welcome in rival and fellow unbeaten Westwood on Friday night. The Wolverines handed Holliston their only loss of the season last year on Thanksgiving. The Panthers, however, were resting the majority of their starters in preparation for the Super Bowl.
Westwood Wolverines (1-2, 1-0 TVL):
Westwood got their first win of the season last week with a resounding 39-18 victory at home over Hopkinton. Reed Wilson threw a pair of TDs to Jack Antonucci including a 67 yarder in the 3rd quarter. Robbie Antonucci rushed for three TDs (5, 50 and 35 yards) and had 177 yards on the evening. Wilson was 9-16 for 161 yards passing. Jack Antonucci caught 5 balls for 132 yards. Coach Mantie’s team is an experienced group with 14 starters returning from last year’s 8-3 squad. Junior Reed Wilson bounced back well against Hopkinton after the Wolverines started off 0-2 with losses at Hanover and Falmouth.
