Baseball:
Hopkinton defeats Millis 12 to 5
-Hopkinton Hillers Baseball defeated Millis 12 to 5 and improved to 7 and 2 on the season. Millis fell to 2 and 4 with the loss. For the Hillers, Drew Rancatore went 2 for 4 at the plate with a pair of Rbi’s and a pair of Runs. Alex Barker-Hook chipped in with a 2 run homer and went 2 for 4 at the plate.
Medway Grabs 7 to 6 walk-off win over Holliston
-Matt Peterson hits a 2 run walk-off HR in the bottom of the 8th to lift the Mustangs over the Panthers. Medway is now 3 and 2 on the season, Holliston falls to 2 and 4.
Dedham shuts out Norwood 2 to 0
-Shawn Nosky pitched a 4 hit shutout to lift Dedham over Norwood. Dedham is now 6 and 1 on the season, Norwood falls to 0 and 7.
Softball
Medway defeats Holliston 14 to 0
Medway improved to 4 and 3 after an offensive explosion versus Holliston. The Panthers are now 1 and 5 on the season. For Medway, Cat Higgins pitched a 1 hit shutout, striking out 10 and also went 5 for 5 at the plate with 5 runs and 3 rbi’s. Elisa Cook added 2 hits, 4 runs and 3 rbi’s.
