On Saturday November 17th, Millis (South) defeated Granby (West) 2 to 0 and claimed their 2nd straight State Championship.
The game took place at St. Johns prep in Danvers and Millis dominated nearly the whole way. Both goals in the game were scored towards the end of the 1st half. Jordyn Ferrantino scored in the 38th minute and Grace Jewett added another a couple minutes later.
Millis finishes their championship season with a record of 18 wins, 3 losses and 4 ties.
In 2017, Millis defeated Millbury 1-0 to claim the state title.
