Last season the Norton Lancers took down Douglas 2-1 via overtime penalty kicks to take home the Division 3 State Championship. Norton continued the winning streak into this season, winning their first 2 games 3-2 over Medway and 3-2 over Medfield.
On Tuesday night (9/13) the Norton winning streak was snapped at 26 as Dover-Sherborn pulled off the 2-0 victory over the Lancers at home. Senior, Zachary Abrams scored the 1st goal with 7 minutes left in the first half. The next goal was scored with 13:41 left in the 2nd half by Senior, Eli Yasuna. Yasuna was assisted by Senior, Daniel Yang on the goal. Dover-Sherborn improved to (2-0-1) with the victory while Norton fell to (2-1-0)
